Geoff Richardson

After receiving his associate degree from the George Washington University and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University, Geoff began his career as a project and structured finance attorney with Shearman & Sterling in New York and Hong Kong. Over the course of the next decade, he held various capital markets and investment banking positions in the Morgan Stanley project and structured finance group and in the Goldman Sachs natural resources group. 

Geoff recently served as CFO of Cruise, an autonomous vehicle company majority owned by General Motors, where he led the fundraising of ~$8 billion of capital and scaled the company from 175 to 2,000 employees. Prior to joining ExxonMobil, he was CFO for Lilium, an electric aerospace company, where he led its public listing on Nasdaq.
